Tania Al Abdala

Tania is certified and has worked with a variety of psychometric tools across the Middle East with over 10 years' experience. She has conducted many large-scale projects in the GCC with private and semi-government organizations for the purpose of selection, training, and development. Her main responsibilities were providing feedback and expert advice to management and individuals, assist in preparing development plans and conducting organizational studies and evaluations. She has also worked on team building projects to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Tania was also engaged in training and providing certification programs in the field of people assessment to organizations throughout the region.
Tania is experienced in designing, assessing, managing, and delivering customized assessment centres for employees ranging from individual contributors to Senior leaders for development and selection purposes. Furthermore, she specializes in supporting employees by providing feedbacks, facilitating the creation of individual development plans, and coaching for achieving personal and professional goals.
